    I am 74 yrs young, married and retired, had a heart attack which resulted with two stents. I've tried about every supplement offered, spent probably hundreds $$$ and most proved to be BS and just took my money and promised the moon but failed. I know we all are different so this is just my story. The only supplements I have found to be beneficial to me and my health are as follows:

    1. Vitamin C

    2. Blackseed oil

    3. CAYENNE PEPPER

    4. Aged Garlic

    5. Lycopene

    6. Lecithin

    I take these as a daily regiment BUT the one supplement I noticed actually complimented my protocol is Ancestral Supplements. Ancestral Supplements and Nutricost are my "go to"s from here on out. Quality product and a solid USA company. Being retired on a fixed income I have to be frugal with my funds and my only issue is the cost, wish it was lower in price.
