Refund Policy

We’re truly confident you’ll love your experience with Ancestral Supplements. We put incredible care into sourcing and delivering the highest quality nose-to-tail, whole food supplements available.

If you're not completely satisfied, we make it simple to request a refund.

Important information before purchasing:

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to first orders only and a maximum of two bottles. All other sales are final except as explicitly stated below.


60-Day First-Order Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day refund policy on your first order with Ancestral Supplements.

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This policy applies only to your first purchase with Ancestral Supplements.

The first-order refund policy covers a maximum of two bottles total from that first order, whether opened or unopened. Refunds are strictly limited to two bottles under any circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Approved refunds are issued minus a $5 processing fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

After your first order, all sales are final except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


Additional Return Requests Beyond the First Order

After a customer’s first approved return and refund, all subsequent purchases are considered final sales, with a limited exception outlined below. We may allow additional return requests only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The bottle must be completely unopened and unused
  • The customer must request and receive return approval in advance by contacting [email protected]
  • The customer is fully responsible for returning the product to us, including all shipping costs
  • Returned products must be received in resalable condition

If approved, returns beyond the first order are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued based on the amount paid on the original order, not the current retail value of the product. Cash refunds, refunds to the original payment method, replacements, or exchanges are not available for return requests beyond the first order.

Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a subscription, your first subscription order is eligible for a refund under the 60-day first-order refund policy, subject to the same two-bottle limit and exclusions.

If you have previously placed a one-time order before starting a subscription, refund eligibility no longer applies, as the subscription would not be considered your first order.

If you do not cancel an upcoming subscription shipment you no longer want or need, that order will not be eligible for a refund unless it qualifies as your first order with Ancestral Supplements.


Bundles & Promotional / Discounted Purchases

First Order

If your first order includes a bundle, promotional offer, discounted set, or free or bonus item, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned, including any free or bonus product
  • All returned items must be completely unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
  • Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle or promotional offer are not permitted

To receive refund approval for first-order bundle or promotional orders, please contact [email protected]. We will provide a return shipping label. If any item from the bundle or promotional offer, including free or bonus products, is opened, used, missing, or not returned, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Subsequent Orders

All bundles, promotional offers, discounted sets, and purchases that include free or bonus items placed after a customer’s first order are eligible for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned, including any free or bonus product
  • All returned items must be completely unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
  • Return approval must be received in advance

Cash refunds, refunds to the original payment method, replacements, or exchanges are not available for bundle or promotional purchases beyond the first order.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To keep our policy fair and consistent for all customers, the following items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless otherwise required by law:

  • Opened or used products beyond the two-bottle first-order allowance
  • Gift cards

Refund Timing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible.

If a return is not required, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days of approval.

If a return is required, your refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be sent to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 3–5 business days, from he date of receipt.

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at [email protected].


Cancellations

Orders and subscriptions cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Subscription management is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, where you can skip, pause, or cancel future shipments with ease.


Refund Abuse & Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges if we detect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, excessive returns, multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent refund limits.

Refunds are limited to one approved refund per customer, household, or shipping address. Any attempt to bypass these limits may result in denial of refund eligibility.

We also reserve the right to limit or deny refunds for orders associated with suspected fraud, resale activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.
