These FEM supplements have helped me so much and I thank you. I was feeling sluggish, hot flashes constantly, irritability, my poor husband! I've been taking these for a little more than a month and I almost never have a hot flash, I'm in a much better mood overall. Thank you for the relief, something that helps so much! I do wish they were not as expensive as they are, my only complaint.

Was really thrilled to find this product. Was having all sorts of hormonal issues and horrible hot flashes and none of the Drs I saw would even discuss it. So I tried this and it worked. I had to go up to 3 a day but it sorted out my hormonal problems as well as my daytime hot flashes. This is a great company with great transparency but I was very disappointed to find their new commercials contain AI. I do not and will not ever support that. Sorry, but you need to find another way to advertise.
