In for the long-term gain with this colostrum, along with changing my diet, to build a healthier immune system. Time will tell. Easy to digest & no stomach upset. Has helped me tremendously with my energy . I have been rotating these interchangeably and this is a great combination. I used to not go for long walks due to tenderism theoughtout my body.
