I have Multiple Myeloma which damages a lot of stuff but starts with the marrow and bones, so I am taking the Grass Fed Beef Bone and Marrow in hopes that it helps strengthen my bones and helps rebuild my marrow.

A lot of time when I have taken a supplement I have wondered if it was working. Like taking a calcium supplement it's hard to tell if indeed your bones are healthier than they were, but when I started taking the Grass Fed Ovine (sheep) Thymus within a week I knew it was working!
