    Not sure how it works but I think it really does help!!

    Seems like my joints aren't as stiff as they were before I started taking this on a daily basis a few months ago.

    I went through a prety bad bout of Sciatica at the same time so I wasn't sure if this was working or not. I believe it's made a diffence in my 69 year old joints and probavly bones as well.

    I used to take RBC’s First Food Colostrum back in the 90’s and loved it, but then the company went through some hard times, changed hands, and it became difficult to get it. So, I am saying that I absolutely LOVE this colostrum and having it available again and enjoying all the benefits!! My skin looks better, I have more energy, and my body is protected again with great immunity support. I started to get a head cold, and it stopped right there and never dripped down to my lungs. Also… The pain from my arthritic knees has gone WAY down! I love this supplement!!
