I can see positive changes in my mood for starters. Before taking FEM, I was taking another organ supplement but wasn't quite satisfied with how I felt. So, I decided to upgrade and pay a little more to see if I could tell a difference in another brand and I am glad I made the switch. I can also tell a difference in my monthly cycle. They are more regular and I am not cramping nearly as much. I can tell my libido is going in the right direction as well. I could tell a difference after a month. The only downside I see is taking 6 capsules at one time. It would nice if all 6 could be combined to 1 capsule. This would also make it easier to carry with me.
