    I am currently adding this supplement to my diet. I am 13 years postmenopause and am so curious to see how it may nourish my endocrine system. I work with a TCM practitioner and he stated that our ancestors would pick up ingesting these nutrient dense foods to support their vitality in their later years so they could live their purpose. I'm going to test this :-)

    Life changer!

    This changed my life! More energy, able to think more clearly, less mood swings, etc!

    I’m perimenopausal (47) and was feeling sluggish with brain fog. I had a full blood panel done and was told my hormone levels were normal. So then I went to nurse therapist and was put on Ritalin. That helped, but I didn’t want to become dependent on it and I would crash on the days I didn’t take it.

    My esthetician recommended FEM to me and I’m so glad she did. Within two weeks of taking FEM, I stopped Ritalin as I didn’t feel any need to take it.

    I feel better overall - no energy spikes or crashes.

    I started with one pill (did this for 6-7 months) and now take two (for the last month). I will increase my dose as I feel is needed, but two capsules/day are working perfectly for me currently.

    My menstrual cycle has increased from 21 days to 25 days since starting FEM as well.

    I HIGHLY recommend it!
