    I have been taking this supplement for a couple months. I generally feel good, appreciate enhanced skin health, and I feel it has alleviated the frequency and severity of my menopausal hot flashes to some degree. I also feel enhanced libido.

    First Week Results

    After getting off birth control for over 10 years, I experienced 20 pounds of weight gain even though I eat only about 1,2000 calories a day. I started taking just one capsule for the last week to balance my hormones. I am now increasing to 2 capsules. Just one capsule helped me not feel the 3 pm energy crash I usually have but I do notice I have to take it with food otherwise will feel nauseous. Have been feeling great and seem to even be loosing weight since starting these. I will keep posting updates as the weeks go on. Promising so far.
