    Highly recommend

    So I tried everything except hormone replacement replacements for my hot flashes. I started taking the supplement and three weeks later no hot flashes. One thing did happen and it let me know that my hormones were now regulated. I will be taking a hormone test later on this year just to verify everything. Couldn’t recommend this product more.

    Excellent nutrition

    I have been taking FEM for several months. While I can't say that I feel very different or notice any measurable changes in my health, I do appreciate knowing I'm getting a good source of iron and other nutrients. My hemoglobin was great when I donated blood a few weeks ago and I have had issues with it being too low in the past. To me, this is a good supplement to take to maintain overall good health.
