Colostrum & Collagen

In for the long-term gain with this colostrum, along with changing my diet, to build a healthier immune system. Time will tell. Easy to digest & no stomach upset. I'm not sure of it's effectiveness yet, as I go back for new bloodwork in a few weeks. So, since the review form requires choosing a numeric rating, but I don't know yet, I've choen in the middle with a 3. Wish the review form allowed you rate the parts you're sure of & not have to choose ratings for things not yet known.

I've been using this collagen along with Bone & Marrow for a couple months now & believe it's making a significant difference for my 64 year old knees. I find that I'm now able to follow through more fully with home PT & with better, longer lasting results. I've been taking the full dose of each daily & planning to continue with both.

This is tremendous for joint comfort, skin and hair growth. I've taken other collagen products, but AS line of supplements are far superior. I also love their Colostrum, but I wish it was sold in much larger amounts as I've used high doses for years.
