    Very effective and easy way to get the protein I want.

    After coming to Christ, I decided I wanted to set an example of what a Christian man is, self-control and discipline. Started working out, weightlifting and jogging on treadmill, eating healthy. Had to use treadmill due to knee issue. I was using powdered protein but that added additional calories, which did not help with losing the belly fat. Start taking the beef liver pills twice a day, and MOFO once a day. Take 6 beef liver capsules in the morning, 6 MOFO at lunch, and 6 beef liver before bed, after my workout. Belly fat is shrinking very noticeably and muscles are growing. At 63 I am starting to look and feel like a man again.

    Excellent,

    I can honestly say I feel better taking the beef liver. The only thing I've ever taken that I did notice a difference. Nothing eath shattering but over all better mood. And I only take 3 a day.
