    Excellent,

    I can honestly say I feel better taking the beef liver. The only thing I've ever taken that I did notice a difference. Nothing eath shattering but over all better mood. And I only take 3 a day.

    GF Beef Liver and My Labs

    Ancestral Grass Fed Beef Liver has helped improve several lab markers that I've been working on, as it is a great source for iron, protein, and vitamins A and B. My lab results for stored iron (ferretin) and B12 have greatly improved with daily intake of this supplement, and I feel confident that I am getting the right dose of vitamin A. I also have trouble getting enough protein via food, so what I get from this supplement helps reach my daily goal for protein intake. I love that there is no taste and I've never experienced gut discomfort or other issues with this supplement.
