I take this every morning, and it seems to be helping me out. I take it after breakfast, and within 2 hours I head to the gym for an intense workout. After lunch, which is a healthy green and protein shake, I head to the golf course to work on my game for a couple of hours. I spend about 15-20 minutes on my rowing machine in the evening to get some cardio in. I sleep very well, about 8 hours, and wake up ready to go in the morning. I am 75 years old, retired, and have been through two open heart surgeries for aortic valve replacement, a massive hemorrhage stroke caused by endocarditis, and sepsis ( 4 years ago).
