While I do believe in miracles, I don’t believe in miracle supplements nor do I believe in coincidence.
I’m almost 59 years old and I had a great early to mid-50’s sense of well being, nut I have felt “good” since I turned 56. I drag in after work and literally had to make myself train. I do mostly kettlebells as my tool of choice and some body weight.

Sir I’m still tired after a days work but I don’t come dragging in like I used to. There is also one other variable that I threw into the mix but I won’t say that it’s a miracle fix all either.
