Content Usage Rights Agreement

This Content Usage Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Ancestral Supplements, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the individual granting permission through acceptance of this Agreement (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”).

By clicking “I agree” or providing written confirmation via email, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below:

1. Grant of Rights. You hereby grant Ancestral Supplements and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the content you submitted or tagged us in (collectively, the “Content”) for the following purposes:

• Paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);
• Organic and paid social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube);
• Email marketing;
• Website placement and promotional materials.

This license will last for 365 days from the date of approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Edits and Attribution. We may make light edits to the Content (e.g., cropping, resizing, minor copy edits) as needed to fit the format of our campaigns. Attribution may be provided at our discretion, depending on platform and context.

3. Use of Name and Likeness. You grant us the right to use your name, handle, image, likeness, and any biographical information you have included or that is visible in the Content for purposes of promoting the Content or any products/services associated with it.

4. Ownership and Representations. You retain ownership of the Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole creator and owner of the Content, or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant us this license;
• The Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• The Content is not misleading, offensive, or unlawful.

5. No Compensation (Unless Otherwise Agreed). Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, you acknowledge that you are granting this permission without expectation of further compensation.

6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ancestral Supplements from any claims arising out of breach of the warranties above.

7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie in Montgomery County, Texas.

8. Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ancestral Supplements with respect to the Content and supersedes all prior communications.
